1. Identification

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to, browsing of and purchases on this website. By placing an order you declare that you have read and fully accepted them. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the site.

3. Capacity

To purchase you must be over 18 and have legal capacity to contract.

4. Products and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is always the one in force when the order is confirmed. Images are indicative and may show slight colour variations compared with the actual product due to lighting or screen calibration.

5. Availability and errors

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full in the event of a stock shortage or an obvious error in the price or description of a product.

6. Purchase process

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. Until then we are under no obligation to deliver.

7. Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

8. Withdrawal and returns

These are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Guarantee

Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 for consumers in the European Union. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, dropping or tampering is excluded.

10. Correct use of the product

The product is designed to apply fine food powders onto foamed drinks. It must not be submerged in water, placed in a dishwasher or used with liquids. We accept no liability for damage arising from any use other than intended.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, video, logos and design, belongs to Cuppy or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction in whole or in part without express written consent is prohibited.

12. Liability

We are not liable for service interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability of the website, nor for damage arising from force majeure beyond our reasonable control.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version applicable to each order is the one in force when it is placed.
