RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Time limit

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return. This voluntarily extends the 14 calendar days of withdrawal that the law grants consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

2. How to request it

Every return requires prior authorisation. Write to somoscuppy@gmail.com stating your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the product and its packaging. We reply within 48 working hours with your authorisation number (RMA) and the return address.

Important: parcels sent without prior authorisation will be refused on delivery and returned to sender at their own cost. No refund will be processed for an unauthorised shipment.

3. Condition the product must be returned in

The product must be returned complete, with all 12 stencils and every accessory included; in its original packaging with all internal protection; clean, with no cocoa, cinnamon, milk, sugar or any other residue; and free of scratches, dents, deformation or tampering with its parts.

You may open the product and check that it works, exactly as you would in a physical shop. However, if the product comes back showing signs of use beyond what is necessary for that check, we will apply a reduction to the refunded amount proportional to the loss of value, in accordance with article 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. That reduction may reach 100% where the product can no longer be resold.

As a guide: clean, complete and in original packaging means a full refund; used with removable residue or damaged packaging means a reduction of up to 50%; dried-on residue, damaged parts, missing stencils or scratches means no refund and the product is returned to the customer at their own cost.

4. Proof of purchase

Your order number or confirmation email is required. We do not process returns for products whose purchase on our store we cannot verify. Products bought from third parties, resellers or second-hand platforms fall outside this policy.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what was ordered. We recommend a tracked service: we are not liable for parcels lost on the return journey.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

If your order arrives broken, faulty or incorrect, you have 48 hours from delivery to tell us at somoscuppy@gmail.com, attaching photographs of the product and of the outer packaging as you received it.

In these cases we cover all costs and, at your choice, send a free replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to return the damaged product unless we expressly ask you to.

After those 48 hours with no notice, the product is deemed to have been received in good condition, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Non-refundable items

Promotional items given free of charge, unless the main product is returned as well; products returned after the 30-day window; products returned without prior authorisation; and digital products already downloaded.

8. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will email you our decision within a maximum of 5 working days. Where applicable, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

9. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet left our warehouse. Write to somoscuppy@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it must be handled as a standard return.

10. Legal guarantee

Independently of this policy, consumers resident in the European Union benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This policy does not limit in any way the rights the law grants you.

11. Customers outside the European Union

Customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Colombia are covered by this same 30-day policy on the same terms.
