SHIPPING POLICY

1. Where we ship

We ship to Spain, the countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Colombia.

2. Cost

Shipping is free and insured to every destination listed. There is no minimum order value.

3. Delivery times

Order preparation: 1 to 4 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery in Spain and the European Union: 3 to 12 working days from dispatch. Delivery in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Mexico and Colombia: 5 to 15 working days from dispatch.

These times are estimates and not contractual. They exclude weekends and public holidays and may be affected by customs delays, peak-demand periods or force majeure beyond our control.

4. Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Note that the number can take up to 72 hours to show updated information.

5. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address. We do not cover costs arising from failed deliveries, wrong or incomplete addresses, or parcels left uncollected. In those cases, reshipping is at the customer's expense.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to duties, customs fees or import taxes in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate them in advance: check with your local customs authority before buying.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned for non-payment of such fees, the refund will be issued less the transport and handling costs incurred.

7. Lost orders

If 30 working days have passed since dispatch, you have not received your order and tracking shows no movement, write to somoscuppy@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once resolved, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

8. Split deliveries

Orders with several items may arrive in separate shipments and on different dates, at no extra cost to you.
